General Info and Cancellations
Official check in begins after 3pm and check out is by 11am.
We are happy to check guests in earlier; however please do call first, to see if staff and the room are available for check-in.
Please, don’t hesitate to contact us if you need any assistance with transportation suggestions or island advice.
Rates are per room, per night for up to 2 people (children and infants count as people too). Rates are quoted in USD and include all applicable taxes and fees.
If you find you need to cancel your reservation with us and it is up to two weeks before your reservation date, we will gladly release your reservation, less a $20 per room cancellation fee. If, for any reason, you need to cancel your reservation less than two weeks before your arrival date, we will attempt to re-book the room for you. If for any reason we are unable to re-book, you will be responsible for the cost of the room.
Inn at Ship Bay maintains a vape and smoke (of all types) free environment throughout its grounds, rooms, patio, porches, and buildings.
Sorry, we are not able to accommodate pets, of any kind, at the Inn.
